Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Business Systems Analyst bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Oracle Cloud Finance applications (AP, AR, PO, RMCS, OSM, GL) aligned with business and IT strategies.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules and end-to-end processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report, to support M&A activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business requirements within and across functional areas.
• Evaluate business needs, streamline finance processes and ensure accurate, timely system integration.
• Drive best practices during requirements gathering and modeling, focusing on core requirements beyond stated ones.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes; leverage AI automation where required.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications; identify and include the correct stakeholders.
• Interact regularly with senior management stakeholders and demonstrate value from realized projects.
• Design and document cross-functional and global solutions; advise on solutions from peers and champion good design practices.
• Document and review broader team documentation; support identification of documentation templates and champion knowledge transfer.
• Develop functional designs for applications, integrations and conversions, including integrations with third-party products.
• Review functional designs and obtain sign-offs with cross-functional business and IT teams; champion sustainable, forward-looking designs.
• Coordinate integration testing, validate test cases for UAT and training, obtain sign-offs, and coordinate defect triage and resolution with engineering teams.
• Manage multiple application releases and projects, designing release scope and schedule in line with business goals and IT capacity.
• Configure applications in line with business goals and develop configuration standards.
• Support and train junior resources, lead troubleshooting on critical issues, and identify improvements to address repeat issues.
• Work with functional leadership to set expectations, plan and execute SME training, define support and engagement plans, and analyze adoption rates.
• Manage or lead individual consulting resources as assigned; participate in vendor advisory boards and user groups.
• Execute medium-scale vendor evaluations, pricing negotiations and software acquisitions; prepare management communications.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud modules.
• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Significant expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules AP, AR, PO, RMCS, OSM and GL.
