Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Circle’s Managed Payments product area, focused on stablecoin-powered payment rails and regulated payments infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Own product areas for managed pay-ins, payouts, conversion, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Define and evolve product capabilities supporting stablecoin and fiat endpoints.
• Own the roadmap and align priorities with customer needs and Circle goals.
• Define and launch capabilities expanding Managed Payments across regulated hubs, entities, corridors, payout methods, and geographic coverage.
• Improve customer and operator workflows across onboarding, transaction visibility, reporting, exception handling, and reconciliation.
Use data to identify friction and measure improvements in reliability, efficiency, adoption, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Treasury, BD, and Product.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including product management for payments/fintech/financial infrastructure or similarly complex B2B products.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and execution for B2B payments-related capabilities.
• Ability to independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering and partners like Compliance/Operations/Legal/Treasury/commercial.
• Analytical and technical fluency using customer/product/payment/operational data to guide decisions.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements to customer experience, adoption, operational efficiency, reliability, or business performance.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and translate complex requirements into execution plans.
