Senior Project Engineer

Overview

This role is responsible for Contracts Administration and billing certification processes for civil and structural works.

What you'll do

• Review and approve submitted RA and final bills for site works.
• Monitor work progress and certify invoices based on agreed terms and actual work done at site.
• Check work completion status against submitted invoices, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish and maintain onsite record-keeping procedures and systems.
• Anticipate billing risks and coordinate with the Planning Manager and Client to mitigate them.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience on contracts and billing.
• Experience delivering projects within set cost, quality, and timeline parameters.
• Proven track record in contracts and quality management across the full project life cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous customer service.
