Senior Sales Coordinator

Overview

Support the Sales and Sales Support organization by managing day-to-day Salesforce (SFDC) processes, sales contracts, order workflows, lead and opportunity management, and CRM data quality.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of sales processes, including contract and order validation.
• Provide Salesforce user support.
• Maintain data in Salesforce and CRM data quality.
• Perform UAT testing.
• Deliver training.
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Operations and IT teams to resolve operational and system-related issues.

• Location: BKC (4 days, on-site) and Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (1 day, on-site).
