Overview

Senior Sales Engineer partnering with Sales to lead technical evaluations, demonstrate solutions, and guide enterprise customers from discovery through adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead technical strategy across sales opportunities from qualification through closed won.
• Conduct customer discovery and translate needs into tailored solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops.
• Manage proof-of-value evaluations, including scope, requirements, timelines, and accountability.
• Develop technical champions and build internal customer consensus.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Document activities, deal progress, and customer interactions in related systems.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing enterprise role.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Proficiency in public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, APM/tracing, security, developer experience, or observability.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Consultative problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
