Senior Sales Manager - Shopper Activation (m/w/d)

Overview

You will sell integrated shopper activation campaigns to FMCG brands, focusing on coupon-driven conversion and measurable sales lift (including optional in-market screen presence).

What you'll do

• Build, develop, prioritize, and maintain your own sales pipeline with reliable forecasting.
• Acquire new customers and stakeholders and grow existing customers into recurring partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Translate customer goals into activation concepts (touchpoints, reach, audiences, mechanics, and measurement approach).
• Feed market feedback back into product, pitch materials, and go-to-market.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience from one of the listed profile directions.
• Experience in FMCG trade marketing/category/shopper/brand marketing on the manufacturer side (Profile 1).
• Experience promoting/selling couponing, cashback, and sampling offers and related buying centers (Profile 2).
• Sales experience selling closed-loop and sales-lift measurement pitches to category management (Profile 3).
• German and English fluency.
• Capability to defend deals with data and comfort with AI tools and new workflows.
