Overview
Senior Salesforce IT Engineer responsible for shaping and advancing the global Salesforce ecosystem across sales IT initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design, configure, develop, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for global sales organizations.
- Lead complex enhancements for lead, account, opportunity, forecasting, territory, quoting, and customer engagement processes.
- Drive solution design workshops to define future-state Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead Salesforce cloud initiatives and projects, including architecture and code/design reviews.
- Deliver integration and data management between Salesforce and ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and external platforms.
- Implement AI-enabled sales improvements and automate workflows using Salesforce Flow.
- Participate in Agile delivery and DevOps release and deployment activities across environments.
What you'll need
- 7–10+ years of professional experience in enterprise CRM and Salesforce environments.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and custom objects.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and integration design patterns.
- Minimum one current Salesforce certification (Administrator, Developer, or Solutions Architect).
Nice to have
- Multiple Salesforce certifications including Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, and/or AI Associate/Specialist.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, or other specialized modules.
- Background in ERP system integration and AI-powered sales technologies.
