Senior Software Architect II

Overview

Senior Software Architect II responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying advanced AI systems using applied mathematics, statistical modeling, deep learning, and Agentic AI.

What you'll do

• Own mathematical and statistical architecture across data integration, feature engineering, training, inference, and monitoring.
• Design scalable AI models and algorithms for complex enterprise systems.
• Translate business problems into mathematical, statistical, and agentic models.
• Design, deploy, and improve deep learning models including transformers, state-space, and diffusion models.
• Optimize models and pipelines for speed, scalability, memory, compute efficiency, and accuracy.
• Mentor AI engineers, AI scientists, and software developers through design and code reviews.
• Evaluate AI frameworks, libraries, tools, and cloud platforms and drive applied AI innovation.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied mathematics, statistical modeling, and deep learning systems.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience architecting and deploying AI solutions in production.
• Expert-level Python proficiency with mathematical, statistical, ML, and agentic libraries.
• Deep expertise in linear algebra, calculus, probability, optimization, statistical modeling, and causal inference.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed or high-performance computing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scala, Kotlin, or Rust.
