Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer building and optimizing core platform software with AI-augmented development for enterprise-scale automation.

What you'll do

• Architect, build, and optimize core platform features while maintaining technical presence on the team.
• Use AI coding tools to generate, review, and evaluate AI-assisted code for shipping high-quality changes.
• Drive technical story breakdowns, acceptance criteria, and architectural design across complex application layers.
• Improve engineering standards via thorough code reviews, robust automated testing, mentorship, and internal documentation.
• Respond to and resolve emergent platform issues and build automation frameworks to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate in Agile development using Git for version control.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related technical/analytical discipline (equivalent experience not accepted).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with the stated degree, or 1+ years with a Master of Science paired with CS.
• Expert coding, scripting, and debugging proficiency in one or more core enterprise programming languages.
• Solid technical domain expertise to contribute meaningfully at a senior individual contributor level.
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants and ability to evaluate and selectively apply AI-generated code in production.
