What you'll do

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables in the technical domain.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects including upgrades and deployments.
• Review moderately complex technical challenges and resolve issues with in-depth evaluation.
• Lead a team as needed to meet client needs and act as an escalation point.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff and lead projects.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent via experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Experience with Workday Talent Acquisition application development.
• Experience with Integrations/EIBs/Core Connectors/Studio for exchanging participant information with benefits carriers.
• Strong techno-functional experience in HCM modules, specifically Talent Acquisition.
• Proven relational database technologies experience with familiarity with DB design.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility aspects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
