Overview

As a Solutions Engineer in PreSales, you partner with sales to execute prospective and expansive deals using technical expertise to deliver value-driven solutions for customers.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with sales reps, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Learn HubSpot products to propose better solutions.
• Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value aligned to business goals.
• Participate in and direct projects relevant to PreSales, sales, and the wider business.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.

What you'll need

• Have 3+ years of experience in PreSales or a technical consultant/sales role.
• Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders and dealing with external customers.
• Be open to admitting mistakes and use actionable feedback to learn and grow.
• Enjoy collaborating across teams and be motivated to develop yourself.
