Senior Specialist, Software Engineering

Overview

Senior Specialist Platform Engineer to lead Hyperautomation platform operations for BPM/RPA/Process Mining, based in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Lead the Hyperautomation platform operations team.
• Own support, innovation, and optimization of multiple global platforms across BPM, RPA, and Process Mining.
• Coordinate Hyperautomation platform operations activities globally.
• Provide hands-on support for the Appian platform.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, application operations, and platform engineers to deliver BPM capabilities.
• Deliver technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Manage and optimize platform operations using Agile and ITIL processes.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience leading an IT operations team using ITIL processes.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Appian, UiPath, and Celonis technologies.
• Track record managing Cloud Operations in an AWS, hybrid vendor cloud environment.
• Experience developing enterprise monitoring using Dynatrace and Graphana.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience leading a platform operations team.
