Services Sales Specialist

Overview

Service Sales Specialist for Zscaler’s Professional Services team, responsible for selling and driving success of service offerings for enterprise and commercial clients.

What you'll do

• Achieve and exceed quarterly Professional Services booking targets by selling service packages and custom engagements.
• Support Account Executives (AEs) with responsive PS collateral and sales tools to enable opportunity creation.
• Drive and scale Professional Services coverage and visibility across the assigned timezone to identify opportunities early.
• Lead technical scoping sessions with customers and translate business needs into implementable solutions.
• Use internal tools (Petra and Service Advisor) to streamline scoping, quoting, and service positioning.
• Develop and present proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and resource plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling Professional Services or complex technology solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in technical scoping, producing detailed SOWs, and presenting service engagement value.
• A strong technical background in security technologies, networking protocols, SaaS, and IaaS models.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced collaboration channels such as Slack while supporting multiple AEs.
• Experience equipping sales teams with appropriate sales collateral and driving services program adoption.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and a history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows.
