Software Architecture - Lead responsible for shaping and executing software architecture strategies aligned to business goals, with a focus on scalability, security, and robustness.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of software architecture strategies and frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and software architecture.
• Oversee technology integration efforts and provide strategic guidance.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business performance.
• Develop and maintain software architectural models, blueprints, and best-practices documentation.
• Mentor and guide a team of architects and technical staff in best-practices.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in software architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in software solution design.
• 2+ years developing and integrating software solutions using Java, C#, or Python.
• 2+ years designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• 2+ years experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• 4+ years equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
