Software Engineer

Overview

CMDB Administrator (ServiceNow) to maintain, optimize, and govern the ServiceNow CMDB and support discovery health and operational workflows.

What you'll do

• Maintain, optimize, and configure the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Monitor the health of ServiceNow Discovery, Management, MID servers, identification rules, and service mapping patterns.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application owners, HAM/SAM administrators, and M&A project teams on data governance and integrations.
• Implement data governance policies and lifecycle management for Configuration Items (CIs).
• Support Information Security audits and Incident and Change Management processes.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Specialized expertise in ITOM, CMDB configuration, Discovery Patterns, and Service Mapping.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles, especially Service Asset and Configuration Management.
• Deep familiarity with HAM and SAM modules.
