Software Tech Support Engineer

Overview

Support next-generation software platforms as a Tier 3 engineer, combining backend, platform, and DevOps expertise to maintain reliable, scalable systems across global customer environments.

What you'll do

• Resolve complex software and platform issues end to end as a Tier 3 expert.
• Troubleshoot backend flows across software, infrastructure, and system layers.
• Analyze, reproduce, and investigate issues through root cause analysis.
• Operate containerized applications in Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware, and DevOps teams on debugging and system improvements.
• Support CI/CD, monitoring, production reliability, and new product introduction readiness.
• Develop support tools, documentation, and best practices.

What you'll need

• 8–14 years of experience in software support, backend systems, or DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience troubleshooting Linux environments.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native production environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
• Practical experience using agentic AI systems for troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes operations and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Helm or Terraform.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Background in software development, testing, or system integration.
• Experience supporting global, production-critical environments.
