Solution Engineer

Overview

Lead solution engineering for ERP presales, translating client requirements into solutions and supporting sales opportunities through demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.

What you'll do

• Coach and mentor Solution Engineers.
• Communicate with sales teams on new business opportunities.
• Translate client technical requirements into solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and deliver custom demonstrations.
• Implement and manage technical proofs of concept, trials, and client processes.
• Present product architectures and support cost evaluation and pricing discussions.
• Build client relationships by demonstrating technical expertise and manufacturing knowledge.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience.
• Experience supporting direct and channel sales.
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution.
• Documented experience giving customer presentations and demonstrations.
• At least 5 years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
• At least 2 years of specialized or industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.

Details

• Remote role in the UK.
• 50% domestic travel.
