Overview

Solution Sales Director - Entity & Subsidiary Management drives revenue growth for entity and subsidiary management solutions, managing complex accounts and the full sales cycle.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate and maintain expert-level knowledge of entity and subsidiary management solutions.
• Prospect and manage new and existing business in the designated territory.
• Lead consultative solutions selling to position the Diligent One Platform effectively.
• Develop strategic account plans to generate new business and upsell opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using Diligent-approved methodologies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and regular reporting on pipeline and bookings.

What you'll need

• Experience in the entity management space as a practitioner (e.g., corporate secretary) or selling related solutions.
• Proven success in account management or new business with revenue targets in technology, SaaS, or GRC sectors.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• High curiosity and empathy to understand customer pain points through questioning and listening.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Details

• Location: Remote Germany.
• Hybrid requirement: expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time if within commuting distance to a Diligent office.
