Overview

Source to Pay (Procurement Operations) Specialist-2 role within Diageo’s Supplier Experience team, supporting sourcing and procurement operations end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Coordinate sourcing requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and eAuctions within agreed SLA and KPI timelines.
• Provide technical support for eRFX and eAuction, including event strategy, content, and management.
• Identify and implement continuous system and process improvement opportunities.
• Lead and manage strategic sourcing activities for defined areas/portfolios of spend.
• Conduct lead tendering activities including launching eSourcing requests, running eAuction, and performing post-event analysis.
• Ensure compliance and governance processes are followed across the STP process.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Strong understanding of sourcing practices.
• Advanced business, financial, legal, and commercial acumen from sourcing/contract negotiations.
• Mastery in eSourcing tools; Coupa and CSO preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency working proactively in cross-functional and global teams at all levels.
