Immigration Specialist to support clients with employee immigration requirements, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and delivering client service.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support.
• Develop tailored immigration plans based on each client’s unique needs.
• Manage the end-to-end immigration process, including visa applications and work permits.
• Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret and apply immigration rules to ensure client compliance and avoid legal issues.
• Provide regular updates to clients on case status and changes to immigration rules.
• Liaise with legal teams, government entities, and authorities to facilitate coordinated immigration processes.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of experience providing India immigration advice.
• Any Bachelor's degree as the minimum degree required.
• Experience handling visa applications and work permits as part of an end-to-end process.
• Ability to interpret and apply immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents for compliance.
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized case files and securely store documents.
