Overview

Specialist in Finance and Accounting (F&A) Accounts Payable at Genpact, based in Gurugram, India, handling AP activities and leading a team to meet SLAs and KPIs.

What you'll do

• Perform AP activities.
• Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making.
• Report on and adhere to SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify training needs and deliver trainings with support from the global training team.
• Manage the team, tracking timeliness and accuracy of completed work through prioritization of team tasks.
• Communicate and address delivery issues to the Operation Manager.
• Communicate daily with the client and participate in established calls and meetings with the retained organization.
• Ensure team adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Execute transformation initiatives.
• Lead the team and drive projects on schedule.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Required skills include Account Analysis, Accounting, Accounts Payable Process, Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Banking Capital Markets, Conflict Resolutions, Data Literacy, Data Visualization, Expense Audit, Financial Analysis Reporting, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Generative AI, Insight Generation, Invoice Payments, Invoices, Lease Accounting, Microsoft Office, Monthly Close Process, Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), People Leadership, and Reconciliations.
• English language proficiency at C2 (Proficient).

Nice to have

• Certifications listed as relevant: Accounts Payable Certification, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
