Specialist - Insurance Operations

Overview

Specialist role in insurance operations, responsible for timely and accurate processing of documents and information, including report preparation.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation.
• Contribute to the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
• Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.
• Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.

Details

• Location: Mumbai - Hiranandani.
• Work mode: hybrid; expected to be in the local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
• Office-based teams identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which the full team is together in person.
