What you'll do

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with business objectives.
• Utilize analytics tools and digital platforms to track performance and inform data-driven decisions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to digital marketing campaigns and processes for continuous optimization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or Sales, or Master's degree in Marketing.
• Required skills: Customer Analytics, Customer Communications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Analysis, Data Loader, KPI Dashboards, Lead Management, Market Analytics, Microsoft Excel Automation, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI), Reporting, Salesforce (Software), Stakeholder Management.
• English language proficiency, Proficient - C2 (Required).

Nice to have

• Certifications: Accredited in Public Relations (APR), Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Certified Marketing Executive (CME), Digital Marketing Certificate Program, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification.
