Specialist – Product Owner

Overview

Specialist – Product Owner responsible for defining and managing the product backlog and partnering with stakeholders to deliver aligned product increments.

What you'll do

• Define and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with customers, business leaders, and development teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to make data-driven improvements.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with UX/UI designers and developers to meet design and user experience standards.
• Ensure timely delivery by managing dependencies, risks, and issues.

What you'll need

• Experience using Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (as stated: participation).
• Ability to create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria (as stated).
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather and clarify product requirements (as stated).
• Experience monitoring product performance and user feedback (as stated).
• Experience working with UX/UI designers and developers to meet design standards (as stated).
