Technical Product Owner

Overview

Technical Product Owner collaborating with product and technical teams to deliver the product vision from the roadmap, with emphasis on fraud technology.

What you'll do

• Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and technical teams.
• Support and communicate product strategy and roadmap vision to relevant stakeholders and the development team.
• Gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility.
• Develop and implement assessments for continuous testing, improving product quality and performance.
• Monitor product performance to identify optimisation opportunities within performance standards.
• Stay abreast of industry technology trends to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve delivery.

What you'll need

• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end fraud detection product delivery back-end journeys in BAFI.
• Ability to own and evolve fraud detection product vision and maintain product roadmaps.
• Experience producing MVP, business capabilities, fraud loss reduction, customer experience, and technical sustainability objectives.
• Capability to create business user stories and high-level process flows for a delivery squad.
• Skilled in providing ongoing support during build and creating a data dictionary and data validation.
• Experience with backlog management, refinement, and supporting agile ceremonies and stakeholder expectation management.
