Product/Business Analyst

Overview

Product/Business Analyst to support product initiatives by writing requirements, user stories, documentation, and managing a prioritized backlog for platform delivery.

What you'll do

• Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Elicit and document requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, NFRs, and process flows.
• Communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing with stakeholders and development teams.
• Lead multiple platform initiatives and manage delivery timelines.
• Work with onshore, near-shore, and off-shore development resources to execute projects.
• Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities and support adoption.

What you'll need

• Experience writing user stories.
• Strong written communication skills and proficiency with Office 365 tools (Outlook and Teams).
• Experience using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience creating technical and end-user documentation.
• Proven ability to work with diverse development teams (onshore, near-shore, off-shore).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
