Overview

Specialist for S&M Digital Marketing focused on marketing automation with Eloqua. Own platform governance, data quality, integrations, and operational processes for scalable, compliant marketing automation.

What you'll do

• Own Eloqua technical administration and governance, including workspaces, partitions, roles, and access controls.
• Define and govern Eloqua data models and field schemas aligned with CRM and CDP.
• Lead data quality initiatives such as normalization, deduplication/merge rules, enrichment, and validation.
• Own Eloqua to CRM integration for leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, and lifecycle/member status progression.
• Design and implement marketing automation operating processes, SOPs, playbooks, and technical documentation.
• Develop monitoring and alerting for API-based integration health and failures.
• Manage projects using Workfront, coordinating demand intake and quality checks for on-schedule completion.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on Eloqua expertise (deep hands-on).
• Experience building scalable, compliant marketing automation operations across multiple teams and regions.
• Strong systems mindset (stated as a requirement).
• Experience with marketing automation operating processes and technical documentation for Eloqua.
• Experience managing Workfront for project management tasks.
• Proficient English language proficiency (C2).

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other enterprise CDPs.
• Exposure to global, multi-region Eloqua instances.
• Background in MarTech Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
• Familiarity with attribution frameworks and downstream analytics enablement.
• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (Digital Marketing Institute), Google Ads Search Certification, and HubSpot certifications are listed.
