Job description
Overview
This role resolves billing issues for UPS shippers while providing excellent customer service.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service.
- Resolve discrepancies on shippers' invoices.
- Research billing issues and make adjustments as necessary.
- Educate customers on the billing services UPS offers.
- Initiate cross-functional and external contacts to resolve billing problems.
- Perform other tasks as necessary.
