Sr Analyst I Sales Enablement

Overview

Support the execution of DXC Technology's sales enablement strategy by contributing to sales training, performance analysis and enablement technology, working alongside the sales and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Assist in executing the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Participate in the development and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to content development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and provide support.
• Contribute to the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes.
• May be responsible for managing specific aspects of sales enablement initiatives.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs.
• Participate in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in sales and sales enablement.
• Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus.
