Sr Compensation Partner

Overview

Partner with functional leaders on compensation matters, supporting Total Rewards strategy through market analysis, salary-range management, pay recommendations, and compensation program administration.

What you'll do

• Advise functional leaders on compensation matters.
• Lead annual reviews of internal salary ranges and update compensation systems.
• Conduct market-pay analyses and recommend competitive positioning and budget needs.
• Make recommendations on offer approvals and pay actions.
• Support job documentation and analysis for career architecture.
• Guide managers and employees through compensation practices and cycles.
• Improve compensation programs, processes, reporting, and support initiatives.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of compensation experience.
• Familiarity with global compensation markets, practices, and data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, logical functions, pivot tables, and charts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate compensation concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead moderately complex projects and manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to build effective relationships across a global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-traditional compensation programs.

• Location: Ireland.
• Work mode: Remote-first.
• Annual gross base salary: EUR 61,600–77,000, plus variable compensation.
• Non-sales roles may receive an annual bonus.
