Job description

Overview

Lead real-world evidence (RWE) study design, statistical analysis, and client deliverables using secondary healthcare data. Manage analytical workstreams and translate findings into practical recommendations.

What you'll do

  • Design RWE studies and develop protocols and statistical analysis plans.
  • Assess claims, EMR/EHR, registry, omics, wearable, and PRO data sources.
  • Perform advanced analyses using SAS, R, Python, SQL, or other suitable tools.
  • Develop operational definitions, code lists, and analytical specifications.
  • Prepare tables, figures, listings, study reports, manuscripts, and client deliverables.
  • Present updates, explain methodologies, and address client technical questions.
  • Manage timelines, risks, and analytical workstreams across concurrent projects.

What you'll need

  • At least 3 years of project-based RWE research experience using secondary healthcare data.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on statistical programming experience in a consulting setting.
  • Fluency in at least one of SAS or R.
  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant quantitative discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of RWE methodologies, observational designs, bias and confounding control, and data governance.
  • Client-facing communication experience and strong English writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently under tight timelines.
