Sr. Manager - Cisco UCCE

Overview

Sr. Manager for Cisco UCCE focused on managing, strategizing, and executing IT infrastructure for Cisco Contact Center services.

What you'll do

• Maintain Cisco UCCE-related servers including AW, PG, Rogger, CVP, Finesse, and CUCM.
• Manage Windows Server environments that support UCCE applications.
• Perform server builds, upgrades, patching, and monitor server performance and health.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues affecting call routing or agent availability.
• Handle upgrades, migrations, system refresh, and high-availability/redundancy architecture.
• Investigate alerts/outages and perform root-cause analysis for infrastructure failures.
• Support backups, disaster recovery testing/failover, security hardening, and compliance.

What you'll need

• 10–20 years of experience.
• Cisco Contact Center knowledge including Cisco UCCE architecture.
• Skills with Cisco UCCE components: CVP, Finesse, CUCM integration, and ICM scripting basics.
• Server and infrastructure skills including Windows Server administration and VMware/virtualization.
• Experience with Active Directory & DNS, and storage/backup technologies.
• Windows/VMware certifications and UCCE preferably.
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.

Details

• Location: Chennai, India.
• Travel: approximately 10%.
• Work timing: off shift/weekend hours and 24x7 on-call rotation.
