Sr. Operations Analyst

Overview

Sr. Operations Analyst role supporting procure-to-pay (P2P) and supply chain operations, including transactions, catalog and PO-related tasks, and analytical work.

What you'll do

• Handle intermediate-level procure-to-pay and supply chain operations process.
• Perform transaction activities like req-to-PO and MRP runs with high accuracy.
• Own tasks including catalog management, PO management, MDM, Spot Buy, and helpdesk.
• Use P2P and supply chain tools and learn new tools as needed.
• Apply basic analytical skills to support operations.
• Work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.

What you'll need

• Intermediate understanding of procure-to-pay and supply chain operations process.
• Experience with req-to-PO, MRP runs, and basic transactions on various tools with highest accuracy.
• 2–4 years of Procure to Pay Operations Management experience.
• Working experience on SAP (required).
• Basic project management tool skills including MS-Visio and MS-Powerpoint, and RPA.
• Bachelor’s degree (required) and Master’s degree (preferred).

• Work location: Andheri, Mumbai (mandatory work from office).
• Work mode: Remote - India (as listed in ATS location line).
• Shift: Willingness to work in US shift (8 PM to 5 AM); night shift allowance paid in addition to salary.
