Overview
Sr. People Systems Analyst to support People systems and enhancements within the People team.
What you'll do
- Provide daily support and administration for People platforms in partnership with IT.
- Own components such as data management for the annual compensation cycle and reporting for talent initiatives.
- Handle ownership of data uploads, report development, and enhancement testing.
- Independently diagnose and solve moderately complex issues in data, reporting, and system processes.
- Define and implement process improvements to improve team efficiency and data quality.
- Act as an accountable owner of project deliverables and collaborate with People and IT teams.
What you'll need
- 3–4 years of hand-on experience with a large HCM platform.
- Ability to own a significant component of a team-level project with significant autonomy.
- Strong functional domain command to independently diagnose and solve complex problems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver project goals.
- Hands-on experience with an HCM platform, including data uploads and advanced reporting (highly desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations effectively in a support team environment.
