Specialist-Procurement Ops

Overview

Specialist-Procurement Ops will support run-and-maintain activities across Supply Chain operations, using standardized processes and partnering across India and the US.

What you'll do

• Execute run-and-maintain activities for Supply Chain operations with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Apply standardized work processes with SMEs across teams in India and the US.
• Drive process excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
• Improve operational efficiency across geographies for Supply Chain activities.
• Partner with Data and Analytics to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Improve productivity by reducing manual effort through process enhancements and data-driven solutions.
• Support transformation initiatives via operational efficiency and process standardization.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau or other reporting tools.
• Process standardization and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools.

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday onsite; Fridays choose work location.
