Sr. Procurement Analyst

Overview

Sr. Procurement Analyst / Sr. Strategic Buyer with technical expertise, responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services across designated regions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Align procurement plans with project milestones, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to drive competitive pricing and terms.
• Use tools including Coupa and SAP for sourcing, tracking, and spend analysis.
• Analyze procurement data using MS Office and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Exposure to direct and indirect procurement is valuable.
• Skilled in analyzing technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation.

Details

• Location: Remote - India.
• Requires willingness to work in US shift time.
• Mandatory work from Mumbai office while not onsite at client location.
• Requires willingness to work in UK & US shift time.
