Sr. Procurement Manager

Overview

Sr. Procurement Manager responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement process optimization in a complex manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Monitor supplier performance via business reviews and corrective actions.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to expand the supply base.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address supply chain issues and support new product introductions.
• Analyze market trends and spend data to find value creation and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management in manufacturing or electronics.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in leading complex negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
