Sr. Solutions Developer

Overview

Serve as a Sr. Solutions Developer responsible for designing, configuring, operating, and maintaining Pega Cloud Platform Applications. Analyze desired processes and outcomes and advise on solutions aligned to business, department, team, or functional goals.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of complex solutions using Pega Customer Service or Quadient Inspire.
• Own technical solution design by evaluating options, identifying risks, and recommending approaches aligned to business and architectural standards.
• Build, test, and review workflows, templates, or configurations to ensure scalability, performance, compliance, and reusability.
• Contribute to improving development practices, standards, templates, and documentation for the assigned platform.
• Provide technical guidance and informal mentoring to other developers within the team.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with developing workflows, writing macros/VBA, writing SQL queries, and designing templates.
• Advanced experience with Pega Customer Service or other Pega applications.
• Experience designing end-to-end workflows, service case hierarchies, and integrations.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with Quadient Inspire.
• Experience designing complex, reusable templates and communication workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, conditional logic, and output formats.
• Advanced Quadient Designer/Interactive certification.

Nice to have

• Pega Track.
• Quadient Track.
• Master's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in software development or similar IT role.
• Pega Certified System Architect.
• Quadient Inspire Designer (advanced) and Interactive (advanced), Inspire Content Manager.
