Sr. SW Engineer - (3-5 yrs of experience, QA Automation, SRE/Reliability, AI/Agentic Development, Endpoint Engineering)

Overview

Sr. SW Engineer (Agentic QA Automation) in Corporate Reliability Engineering, building automation to reduce manual QA and improve workstation release quality and reliability.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and maintain agentic QA automation solutions for the enterprise workstation environment.
• Develop automated validation frameworks and reusable test components to validate software releases, OS updates, and endpoint configurations.
• Create automated functional, regression, compatibility, performance, and release certification test solutions.
• Integrate automation with approved enterprise platforms, support tools, telemetry sources, knowledge repositories, workflow systems, and GenAI/agentic platforms.
• Build predictive and preventative engineering solutions to identify recurring issues before incidents occur.
• Produce release quality reporting (coverage, pass/fail, risk areas, certification status, and go/no-go recommendations).

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows for operational outcomes.
• Strong software development and test automation experience.
• Experience with performance engineering and endpoint platform experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows endpoint fundamentals (e.g., services, logs, registry, WMI, Windows Update, drivers, Group Policy, Intune, Autopilot).
• Working knowledge of macOS endpoint fundamentals (e.g., launchd, MDM frameworks, configuration profiles, security controls, JAMF).
