Overview

Staff Site Reliability Engineer (Engineering) responsible for building and operating service delivery and observability capabilities to improve reliability, availability, and incident response.

What you'll do

• Build and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines and automated testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain observability tools and infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards and alerts for monitoring system health.
• Troubleshoot observability tools and infrastructure issues.
• Plan capacity and perform performance analysis, monitoring, and alerting.
• Participate in incident response, including on-call responsibilities.
• Improve performance and efficiency through automation, process refinement, and postmortems.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in SRE.
• Proficiency in Splunk/ELK and Datadog.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus/InfluxDB and Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or relevant languages).
• Hands-on experience working within Engineering or Cloud.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• 10+ years of experience in SRE.
