Staff Software Architect

Overview

Lead enterprise master data management (MDM) architecture as a Staff Reltio Architect and principal technical authority for the cloud-native Reltio Connected Data Platform.

What you'll do

• Design and guide implementation of enterprise MDM solutions on the Reltio Connected Data Platform.
• Define best practices for API development for real-time integration, streaming, and interoperability.
• Architect and optimize cloud-native, multi-tenant MDM solutions for scalability, security, compliance, and performance.
• Advise on programming and databasing choices (graph DB concepts, NoSQL stores, and data structures) for Reltio configurations.
• Drive DevOps adoption for CI/CD and automated configuration management across tenant environments.
• Design microservices and event-driven streaming pipelines for modularity and independent deployability.
• Oversee performance testing strategies to meet high-throughput and low-latency performance needs.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive software development experience.
• At least 3 years in a lead architect role focused on master data management (MDM) platforms.
• Experience designing REST APIs and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS).
• Cloud technology experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java and Python.
• Deep databasing knowledge including graph databases, document stores, relational systems, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/Databricks.
• DevOps experience including CI/CD and automated tenant deployments.
