Overview

Staff Solutions Architect for Contract LifeCycle Management, building next-generation Q2C platforms and owning solution design for the GTMA Contract Lifecycle team.

What you'll do

• Architect and manage solutions in Salesforce and adjacent technologies for contract lifecycle management.
• Maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas across upstream and downstream systems.
• Drive end-to-end projects to improve how GTM and internal teams track and manage CPQ/CLM product.
• Architect automation and system behavior using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow, supporting scalability and system health.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Provide roadmap design and ownership with the product owner and product manager.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementation experience.
• 5+ years designing and implementing large-scale automation in an CLM and e-signature tool inside Salesforce (preferably Conga + DocuSign).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, document templates, and DocuSign APIs.
• Ability to document thinking, recommendations, and process mappings in highly detailed documentation.
• Track record of challenging stakeholders for system scalability and long-term sustainability.
• Successful delivery of complex cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Work mode: Remote (US), with occasional travel for in-person team/customer meetings.
• Not eligible for hire in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
