Supply Chain Analyst

Overview

Supply Chain Analyst responsible for evaluating demand and preparing accurate forecasts for specific business units or product lines.

What you'll do

• Evaluate demand and prepare accurate forecasts for specific business units or product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand and improve demand planning processes.
• Use forecasting software and data visualization tools to create dashboards and generate timely reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and analyze trends to propose improvements to logistics and inventory management.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with relevant regulations, and alignment with internal customer requirements.
• Lead forecast review meetings and facilitate pilot projects using emerging technologies (IoT and blockchain).
• Develop and monitor KPIs for quality, cost, delivery, and supplier performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, forecasting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead forecast discussions and present findings.
