Overview
Support Analyst II provides end-to-end accounting and ERP support for Label Traxx modules, troubleshooting financial reporting and configuration issues and guiding customers through implementations.
What you'll do
- Configure and support Label Traxx accounting modules including General Ledger, AR, AP, Inventory, Purchasing, and Cost Accounting.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple financial reports and identify discrepancies between transactional data and reported results.
- Own accounting support cases from triage and root-cause analysis to resolution, including customer communication and documentation.
- Assist customers with chart of accounts configuration, posting rules, accounting periods, and financial setup.
- Support customer implementations, upgrades, and accounting migrations; validate financial configuration before and after deployment.
- Perform financial reconciliations by tracing transactions through ERP workflow and accounting entries.
- Diagnose configuration, data, workflow, integration, and software issues; escalate confirmed defects with reproduction steps and evidence.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of accounting, ERP consulting, or manufacturing accounting experience.
- Strong accounting foundation across General Ledger, AR, AP, Inventory Accounting, Job Costing, WIP, and COGS.
- Required print or manufacturing industry experience; print is strongly preferred and manufacturing is the minimum hard requirement.
- Ability to analyze financial transactions and identify root causes of accounting discrepancies.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-directed, research-driven approach to customer consulting and problem-solving.
- Willingness and ability to support customers globally with flexibility for shift rotation.
