Tech Lead - Salesforce integrations

Overview

Tech Lead role focused on Salesforce integrations for delivering banking software implementations.

What you'll do

• Participate in customer requirement sessions to assess product fit and gaps.
• Solution customer requirements within product boundaries via configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Manage an implementation team to deliver according to the project plan.
• Manage customer interactions for scheduling, requirements, dependency tracking, sprint reviews, UAT, live cutover, and transition support.
• Guide the team on configurations, customizations, and integrations with technical leads as needed.
• Provide inputs to the product team based on observed generic requirements, development, and issues.
• Act as a contact point for the Terafina support team to handle delivery issues reported by customers.

What you'll need

• 8 to 11 years overall experience.
• 5+ years client management experience, preferably in financial institutions.
• 5+ years experience in project delivery for software products.
• 5+ years experience in the banking domain.
• 5+ years experience managing software product implementations in banking.
• Experience solutioning integrations and customer requirements.
• Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
