Overview

Technical Program Manager to own delivery state of product initiatives in execution, ensuring Engineering, Data, and Solutions stay aligned on progress, dependencies, and risks.

What you'll do

• Own delivery status of product initiatives once they enter execution.
• Ensure clear ownership across Engineering, Data, and Solutions.
• Track work progress against expectations and manage dependencies.
• Surface risks early instead of letting them become launch problems.
• Bring execution issues back to Product for clarification when needed.
• Provide hands-on IC program management for product delivery as the role scales.

What you'll need

• Understand the product, technology, and data well enough to follow execution.
• Understand why features are being built to spot drift from intended outcomes.
• Ability to identify when to escalate issues back to Product for clarification.
• Daily working-hour overlap with the Asia-based Tech Team.
