What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems across business system components.
• Implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and service management teams on issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain server roles and features.
• Support junior team members with technical guidance.
• Improve operational processes and service delivery.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Experience troubleshooting server environments for availability and reliability.
• Knowledge of system security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• 15 years of full-time education.
