Territory Sales officer

Overview

Drive sales and business development for HOT Tea Shop premium tea and beverage solutions across HORECA and corporate accounts in the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Develop HORECA and corporate channels for HOT Tea Shop products.
• Identify and onboard new clients while managing existing accounts.
• Recommend product mixes based on client needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve sales targets and management-set KPIs.
• Manage distributors, including stock, billing, inventory, hygiene, and ROI.
• Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in tea, coffee, or beverage products.
• Alternatively, 2–5 years of experience in sales development, ROI calculations, and distributor handling.
• Full-time graduation or equivalent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
