Territory Sales Officer

Overview

Territory Sales Officer to drive sales and distribution, manage an allocated territory and customers, and support competitive positioning.

What you'll do

• Drive sales and distribution for company products across the allocated territory.
• Achieve sales targets through personal selling via market visits and driving the RS system.
• Analyze how to improve competitive position through improved customer service.
• Negotiate with RS and develop people to manage customers and obtain more business.
• Monitor competitive activities and provide feedback to the branch on actions to counter them.
• Monitor RS and the RS sales team performance and take corrective action for infrastructure gaps.
• Organize in-budget brand promotion activities in consultation with superiors.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in General Trade and channel sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales.
• Fulltime Graduation as an education requirement.
• Excellent ROI calculations experience.
• RS distribution management experience.
• Be well-versed with RS appointment and sales planning.
• Decent communication in English and local language is desired.
