Tibco Senior Developer- Manager

Overview

Manager role in PwC’s Managed Services team focusing on transitioning and running services, leading delivery teams, and optimizing processes for client operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the transition and management of outsourced services to optimize client operations.
• Guide delivery teams on continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Develop automation frameworks and solutions to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Analyze system components to identify interactions and improve performance.
• Coach team members and facilitate difficult conversations with clients and teams.
• Implement business process automation to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Design and development of complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above.
• Design and development of integration applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, including TIBCO EMS, KAFKA, and Java programming.
